Complex – Earthy – Fragrant
Now in essence Garam Masala isn't actually a spice, it’s a collective of many spices that make up this spectacular blend. It’s hugely influential and a staple in South Asian, Pakistani, and Bangladeshi Cuisines. Most households, back in the day, would make their own Garam Masala. Garam means “hot”, and Masala means “spices”, and each region has its own style and taste, some spicy, some more peppery, and some fruity.
My Garam Masala blend is very much created from the heart., It’s my take on how this amazing blend of aromatic flavours merge and mingle together to create an absolutely superb combination.
I have handpicked 12 different spices to create a fragrant, milder blend which still has intensity and authenticity.
