Cicroc Vodka blended with fresh pineapple and Cardamon makes this a delightful cocktail

 

Appetizer - 1st Course

Samosas

Thin crisp south Asian style pastry similar to Filo pastry and shaped into mini triangles and filled with either:

Bridge 67's very own Lamb, a Masham sheep, delicately spiced with cumin and green peas

In season local fresh winter vegetables, broccoli, carrots, sprouts, swede & fresh peas, cooked with turmeric  V

Accompanied by: Garlic & coriander Chutney & Fresh Mint & Chilli Chutney

 

Starters - 2nd Course

Locally sourced smoked bacon infused with chilli and soy and sauted with mixed peppers and garnished with coriander & spring onions

Leicestershire milk, made into panner and cooked as above

World Breads

Un-leaven bread with local honey, saffron, pistachio's

Un-leaven bread with smoked Garlic and coriander

 

Poultry - 3rd Course

locally sourced chicken breast with fenugreek & kashmiri chilli (mild) served with a onion & chic pea fritter crust

Accompanied by apple & Ginger Chutney

 

Seafood - 4th Course

Cod Loin infused with Turmeric on a bed of sauted sweet potatoes, chorizo and smoked paprika 

Garnished with fresh pea & pea shoot salad

Jill Vickers - Mango & Passion fruit Pavlova with a mango shot
