Traditional British Piccalilli
This Piccalilli has been developed to ensure that there is just enough sauce to pickle ratio, although enough sauce to prevent it from being too dry.
By keeping the tangy acidity levels down it allows you to taste the chillies, although it does feature milder chillies, you still get a tingle and sweeter flavour than you would with an ordinary pickle.
